What is a Spiritual Hypnosis Session?

Whether you seek clarity on your life's path, desire to overcome past traumas, or simply desire personal growth, the spiritual hypnosis offers a transformative and holistic approach to guide you to those answers. This is connecting to your Higher Self through hypnosis. And with the assistance of your angels and spirit guides, this practice guides you to releasing emotional blockages, and facilitates deep healings. We explore your inner self, and address obstacles that are standing in your way.

Pre-Session Notes to be aware of: The Hypnosis session could take 2 hours or more, so please prepare accordingly.

Choose a day with nothing stressful on your agenda.
Be prepared to lay down and choose a location where you are free from distractions and can be left alone.
Please have headphones that connect to your device. Wireless headsets are not acceptable.
A charger for your phone or laptop so it's connected to a reliable source during our session.
Please silence all devices in advance.
Please put your computer/phone on "DO NOT DISTURB" and remove your smart watch if you wear one.
Please meditate daily on the days prior to our session.
On the morning of our session, please listen to the "All That Is" Meditation, which will be provided to you.
Be prepared to give me a cell number of someone home with you, in case you fall asleep on me.
And lastly, be prepared to position your camera so that I can see your face, shoulders and chest while you are laying down.

I will ask that you fill out a worksheet beforehand to help me understand what you would like to accomplish during your session. You'll receive an email from me before our session with additional pre-session steps. Then a few days after the session, I will set a follow-up call, as well as send you the recording, so we can catch up. Even though you will remember everything that happens, the experience is kind of like a dream. Having the recording can allow you to go back and reminder yourself what your Higher Self had to say.
